Liz Bledsoe is a retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel. During her 20-year Army career, Liz served as a Signal Corps Officer in 11th Signal Brigade, which included deployments to Somalia (Operation Restore Hope) and Haiti (Operation Uphold Democracy). Her military career continued in Germany with 7th Signal Brigade and US Army Europe (USAREUR). She transferred to the Army Acquisition Corps and completed tours in the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Army Human Resources Command, and Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO) Joint Tactical Radio Systems (JTRS).
Following her military retirement in 2012, Liz worked in the Cyber Acquisition office in the Assistant Secretary of the Army (ASA) Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ALT) where she assisted in creating the foundations for Army cyber acquisition programs in coordination with HQDA and ASA(ALT). Then she was the Deputy Product Manager for Cyber Resiliency and Training that included the initiation of the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) program at the Army Capability Program Executive Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (CPE STRI). In September 2021, Liz assumed the charter as the Product Manager for Electronic Warfare Integration (EWI) under Project Manager Electronic Warfare and Cyber (EW&C), PEO Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors (IEW&S).
On June 27, 2025, she assumed the charter as Project Manager for Training Devices at CPE Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (CPE STRI).

Mr. Michael T. Powell is currently serving as the Deputy Project Manager for Training Devices, DPM TRADE within the Capability Program Executive Simulation, Training, Test and Threat (CPE ST3) located in Orlando, Florida where he leads the development and delivery of innovative, mission-focused training capabilities to the Warfighter.
Prior to this position, Mr. Powell served as the Product Manager for Live Training Systems (PdM LTS). PdM LTS executed a multi-million-dollar yearly budget with a staff of over 50 personnel. Prior DA Civilian positions include serving as the Product Director for Constructive Simulation Support at PEO STRI from August 2020 to December 2022 where he was responsible for leading the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability and One Semi Automated Forces programs. Mr. Powell also served at the Pentagon as the Team Chief within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology from May 2018 to July 2020 where he was responsible for managing the Department of Army System Coordinators that were aligned to PEO Ground Combat Systems. From October 2016 to May 2018 Mike served in his first DA Civilian position as the Product Management Officer for Legacy Systems within Product Manager Ground Sensors in PEO Intelligence and Electronic Warfare & Sensors. In this capacity, he managed infrared optical systems for Abrams, Bradley Fighting Vehicle, and Stryker platforms.
Mr. Powell was commissioned as Second Lieutenant in the United States Army as an Ordnance Officer. After completing multiple Ordnance assignments, he switched to Army Acquisition Corps and worked key leadership and staff positions until his retirement as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2016.
Mr. Powell's service education includes the Ordnance Officer Basic Course, Combined Logistics Officer's Advance Course, Acquisition Basic Qualification Course, Intermediate Level Education, and the Program Manager's Course. Mr. Powell is also Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Advanced Level in Program Management, DAWIA Foundational Level in Life Cycle Logistics, and an Acquisition Corps Member.
Mr. Powell's personal awards and decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal (5th Award), the Army Commendation Medal (2nd Award), Joint Service Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal with 3 Bronze Service Stars, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon (2nd Award), Kuwait Liberation Medals, Air Assault Badge, and the Army Staff Identification Badge.
Mike Powell is married to Kamya (Motley) Powell from Cincinnati, Ohio. They have three adult children: Briana, Rhyen, and Michael.
